Our headquarters and factory are located in Rajkot. We are currently hiring for our Surat branch office. Office timings are from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Monitor and respond to leads posted on Indiamart.com promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Effectively manage offline leads received through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their needs.
- Prepare and send quotations to potential customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

3. Customer Service:

4. General Office Duties:
- Assist with general office tasks as needed, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education requirement: Graduate of any field preferred or Standard 12 passed (HSC).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
